Puggle Males Available

AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION OR FOSTER HOME (LORAIN COUNTY, OHIO)

BACKGROUND INFO: This little Puggle was surrendered by his owner to the Lorain County, Ohio Dog Warden earlier this week. He was scheduled for put down today (12/7/07). After hours of calls and emails, he was pulled from the shelter by a volunteer this morning and his life was saved.

He will only be able to be fostered with this volunteer through the weekend - so this is a temporary fix. We must now find an adopter, a long term foster in the area or put together a transport from Ohio to New Orleans. We saved his life - I know we can put our heads together and get him to a good home. Please read below - he's a good boy too!!

WEIGHT: 30-35 LBS

From the Foster Dad who has him:

The people at the pound said he wasn't good with other dogs. Well...the photos tell a different story. He's pictured with the foster dad's new Puggle puppy, Nena, who's only 10 weeks old. He's been mentoring this puppy and seems to be acting like a mom/dad. He was dirty and smelly, but was given a bath right away. He's in a home with a 10-week old puggle and has already taught the puppy some things...going down the steps, went potty together, snuggled up with puppy, etc. Foster dad said he's very friendly, seems to know commands and is housebroken. He's currently in Lorain, Ohio...which is about 20 miles west of Cleveland and about 2 hours north of Columbus.
