About SPR/NOCAR  SPR/NOCAR is dedicated to rehabilitating and providing a second chance to (of course Puggles), ALL dogs that have been abandoned, abused, lost, strayed, or surrendered. Our all-volunteer organization will work diligently to locate loving and responsible owners who wish to make their new dog(s) members of their family -- forever. SPR/NOCAR will be committed to helping end the needless overpopulation, death, abuse, and neglect of dogs in our nation and in improving the lives of the dogs as well as their new owners.
Saint's Puggle Rescue (SPR)/New Orleans Community Animal Rescue (NOCAR) was founded for and is dedicated to the loving memory of "Saint". Born September 11, 2006, died January 5, 2007. His legacy will forever remain.
